All calls will take place via Zoom video. Your call recording will be provided to you within 24 hrs so that you may refer back to it at any time. Your personalized “Recommendations” will be provided to you within 48 hrs. This document will include a summary of what we discussed on your call including diet, resource, and lifestyle recommendations.
